Great Game

What a great game by the Florida Gators' Women's basketball team. They beat the Lady Vols 95-93 in OT. It broke a 16 game losing streak to the Lady Vols and was only the first time they had ever won in Knoxville and only the second time overall. Florida opens up against Miss State in the first round of the SEC tournament on Thursday.

Greatest Women's Basketball Players of all Time

Some friends and I were talking about who we thought were the greatest women's basketball players of all time. I decided to come up with the players at each position that I thought were the best. At point guard I'd have Nancy Lieberman, at shooting guard I'd have Carol Blazejowski, at small forward I'd have Ann Meyers, at power forward I'd have Cheryl Miller, and at center I'd have Anne Donovan. These players at their prime would beat any other team.

Brett Favre

Now that the Steelers have answered who the best team in the NFL is by winning the Super Bowl the only question left to be answered is whether Brett Favre is going to retire. The 'Brett Favre Fourward Foundation' was established in 1996. Over the past eight years, in conjunction with his annual golf tournament, celebrity softball game and fundraising dinners, the foundation has donated in excess of $1.5 million to charities in his home state of Mississippi as well as to those in his adopted state of Wisconsin.
